2025 International Ice Carousel

The Northern Maine Ice Busters (NMIB) have completed their most ambitious project yet: 

This Ice Carousel is unique not only for its scale but also for its international collaboration. NMIB carved and rotated a massive ice carousel, marking the first time an ice carousel spanned two countries. This effort symbolizes unity and community spirit across borders.

The purpose of this project was to attract visitors from both the U.S. and Canada, fostering cross-border connections and celebrating the region’s rich winter traditions.
